Leading a registered training organisation through curriculum design and program registration, created together with an international renown Master Chef, to form a new Culinary Training Academy (Image below) .

This excellence in culinary knowledge and professional standards provides hospitality education programs, apprenticeship training and a network for the culinary arts.
